Contingent Fee Basis
Most of our representation is on a contingent fee basis, which means that you will only pay an attorneys’ fee if we obtain a recovery for you. Sometimes we associate with other attorneys with special expertise or resources in specific areas of law and when we do so, there is no additional attorneys’ fee to our clients.
We have handled a broad range of legal practice areas over the years, including personal injury, legal malpractice, medical malpractice and wrongful discharge employment cases. This experience is invaluable in our efforts to maximize settlements and achieve favorable results as efficiently as possible.
Kirk Rahm has been recognized since 2006 as one of Missouri’s “SuperLawyers” by the Missouri and Kansas SuperLawyers and Rising Stars Magazine. He is also a Certified Trial Advocate, National Board of Trial Advocate and National Trial Lawyers Top 100.
We assist our clients in obtaining enforcement and accountability of safety rules and in reducing the chances of similar injuries occurring to others in the future, by requiring responsible individuals, companies and their insurance companies to pay fair compensation for the damages sustained by our clients.
