Kirk has a broad range of legal experience, that includes appellate practice, personal injury claims, legal malpractice claims, medical malpractice claims and wrongful death & discharge employment cases.
Mr. Rahm has over 45 years of experience. Over his time in practice, he has successfully obtained a number of major recoveries for injury victims. He belongs to the American Board of Trial Advocates and is AV Preeminent* rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest available rating.
Active in his legal community, Mr. Rahm belongs to numerous professional organizations, including the Johnson County Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
Mr. Rahm earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Missouri and received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He is qualified to appear before all Missouri state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the Supreme Court of Missouri, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
