With over four decades of experience, Mr. Rahm has secured major recoveries for injury victims, holds an AV Preeminent* rating, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. A graduate of the University of Central Missouri and UMKC School of Law, he is admitted to all Missouri courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, and the Supreme Court. His practice spans personal injury, medical and legal malpractice, wrongful death, and appellate matters, and he remains active in professional organizations including the Johnson County Bar, the Missouri Bar, the American Association for Justice, and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
